Ode to Joy (and asparagus)

There’s no spring vegetable quite like the asparagus. Rolled in puff pastry with Melt Me Smoky they’re a right down ode to joy. Eat that, Beethoven.

Ingredients:
1 package WildWestLand Melt Me Smoky
10 green asparaguses
10 white asparaguses
Puff pastry
Black sesame seeds

Preparation:
👉Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
👉Cook the asparaguses al dente.
👉Shred the Melt Me Smoky in a food processor until it looks like shredded cheese.
👉Unroll the puff pastry and sprinkle with Melt Me Smoky.
👉Cut the puff pastry into strips and roll the asparaguses into them.
👉Put them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with black sesasme seeds.
👉Bake them for about 15 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.

Easy, right? And perfect for a get-together. Or just munch on them by yourself. 😍
